I'm a retired police officer and have always loved history and genealogy. I collect antique photos, and will put people's photos on their memorial page, if I find their names written on the back, and am satisfied it's really that person. I also try to find descendants to give the old photos to. If I find no descendants I donate the photo to the local museum or historical society, where the photo came from.
