I've been doing genealogy for over 40 years, concentrating on the counties surrounding Dent county, Missouri, and Dawson, Buffalo, Phelps and Kearney counties in Nebraska. These searches have led me from Maine and Massachusetts to California, Washington, and Oregon. I love to find out the stories behind the interesting people who settled this country and their stories of how they came to be here. Most of my own roots are in northern Europe and the British Isles, but I'm still in hope of finding somebody else. And I've met so many very, very interesting cousins!
