I have been doing genealogy for about 35 yrs. I retired several years ago and now am able to enjoy helping others and gaining information for myself. I have traveled to many cemeteries in AL, MS, GA, FL, TN, OH, SC, NC and many more to gather information. My husband Victor and I enjoy "Cemetery Walking". It is a great thing that Find A Grave has for volunteers to help each other and save a lot of time and miles. I am a volunteer worker for Genealogy Trails where many obituaries are being posted. I am also helping the George Co., MS Library in a new project that hopefully will take place soon and my data base of over 150,000 people in this area will be on display for genealogist to be able to access information. If I can help anyone in any way, please contact me and I will do my best to do so. (My Family Lines: Radcliff, Turner, Woolley, Stagner, Little, Ray, Smith, Marshall, Eckhoff, Eaton, Mabry, Faulk, Graham)
If you should find errors in anything I have submitted, please contact me for updates and corrections. If you wish to add anything to the bio for anyone please let me know as well; I will be glad to add to the submissions for you. Thank you.
****If you volunteer on this website and decide you no longer want to maintain the records please transfer your records to someone who has an active account and willing to take over the records. I am one of many willing to take over records. This really will help reduce duplicates. It would also be a good idea to leave someone instructions on how to make these transfers should you go inactive without warning.***** Thank You (Borrowed from another FAG Contributor)

Gilbert, Tom You added a Tom Gilbert to the Mount Carmel Cemetery in 2013. There were no dates. I requested a picture of the tombstone a few months ago. Yesterday someone contacted me about this. They found a Mary E. Gilbert(who has not been added to the Mount Carmel Cemetery) who had across the top of the stone "Tommie" as if it were a nickname. She said she could not find a Tom Gilbert. Do you have any dates for this Tom Gilbert? Where is his tombstone? Is he a male or female? Should this Mary E Gilbert be added or is she Tom Gilbert? Thanks, email@example.com
