|DebL||Lemuel Platt, Greenmount Cemetery, Burlington|
Thank you for your email and suggestions concerning Lemuel Bostwick Platt (112322490). I visited the cemetery office, and confirmed that the original interment records show that Col. Lemuel Bostwick Platt died February 12th, 1880, and that he was buried in Greenmount on February 13, 1880. Also a death notice and story about the funeral in Greenmount were published in the Burlington Weekly Free Press on February 20 1880. With respect to your suggestion about adding a suffix to his name, none of the records we found suggested he used "III". We also verified that 10 year old Lemuel Bostwick Platt (112322195), also interred in Greenmount, was known as Lemuel Bostwick Platt 3rd (you suggested he was known as LBP IV). His memorial was updated to reflect that information.
best regards - Deb

You gave me a birth date of Jul. 22, 1808. I haven't found his actual death record yet, but I found two source, one I feel fairly confident with, that show his date of birth was Oct. 28, 1808. Can you double check and tell me what you think?

I just added a Christina Churbuck who was interred 8/28/1930 on a lot owned by Thomas A. Churbuck. Do you have any information on her? Possibly an infant of Clifford and Christina?

I see you have a number of photo requests.
I tried to get the plot info from the Funeral Homes but the are no longer providing me with info, something about not a relative. Don't know why it makes a difference.
If you still want photos, you and the other requesters need to call the Funeral Home directly and request the info. Send the plot in to me and I will take the photos. I just cannot get the plot info myself.
Sorry for the inconvenience but it is the Funeral Homes messing things up.

I am sorry it wasn't in better condition. Did you want me to unbury it as much as possible and retake it?

Thank you so much. I appreciate it very much. Once I get the lot cleared I will let you know once I place the headstone pic. Blessings to you

HI, It is so overgrown at the lot with weeds n trees up to my waist. I am trying to get it cleared. I would like you to take the request off and when I get it cleared enough to take a pic I will and then will notify you as well. I have been working up here for 2 weeks and making some headway. Blessings Jo

A number of us have walked around that plot and don't see any marker with the name, Bertha Uchtmann, on it. Again, I will upload the photo of the family plot.

A number of us have been at this family's lot and, unfortunately, we do not observe a headstone or marker for her. I am uploading a photo of the family plot though as something I thought you might like and you should receive a notification from Find A Grave very shortly.
Thanks for the information. I have updated her memorial.
