Directly besdie him was
Wade Hays Lamason
12/21/1904 - 3/16/1999
Could this be his wife? I have a picture of her headstone in case you want to create a memorial for her, but please let me know ASAP as I only save them on my computer for a week.

While photographing some of the graves for the Hays family buried in Sunset Cemetery, Manhattan, KS I failed to notice that you had a memorial (89901649) for Emiline Hays and I made another one for her. I am in the process of transferring the photos to your memorial and then deleting mine. In case you want the coordinates of the grave they are: 39.18129, -96.58916.

Four ladies walked this cemetery. A stone was found for "White". On the ground beside it almost covered by dirt and grass was a stone "Rupert son of G.W. & N.L. White, May 22,188? Mar.21,1909. We did not find a stone for
Nitocrus or George. Will add the pictures.
The ladies mentioned were working on the Oklahoma Cemetery Directory taking pictures of cemeteries of Pawnee County, Oklahoma.

Found her! She's in Willamette National Cemetery with her THIRD husband, Austin Lewis Carrico. I found three marriage records for her to Apollos Pratt Driggs, one to William Emmett Anderson and one to Austin Carrico. She and Apollos must have had a stormy life together. He tried to kill her and then killed himself. Crazy!

Thank you! It seems logical that the father stone marks his burial site since his children & wife are buried right beside it. Sorry I couldn't find a more detailed stone.
You're very welcome...glad to help.

Thought you might like to manage Thomas and Sarah Hays' Memorials since you indicated you were a cousin. I will be happy to transfer others if you would like.
Have a good day!
