Bio and Links
Bio Photo My name is Joey. I started doing family research and came up short. One good thing that happened though was I found this site. I used to hate cemeteries,I used to get cold chills when driving by one. Now I think how every tombstone had a family that cried on it, and how everyone I know that has passed deserves an online memorial. Nothing can explain the feeling I get when creating an online memorial,or claiming a picture of a tombstone. If you are related to someone I have created a memorial for and not happy with it, please let me know. I do this to pay tribute and my intentions are good, but I understand not everyone shares my interest in online memorials.

p.s If someone takes the time out of their busy day to take a picture of a grave you requested, take the time to thank them. It may be a hobby, but it still deserves recognition.

Also, I have noticed a lot of my pictures being used without my permission so I am going to start using a copyright/watermark on my photos. I will keep an original copy of each picture for family members and friends.

RE: Sorry Folks!
I'll be happy to transfer them as long as you credit me for taking them. I'm no longer married to that line anymore, but keep the info for my son who is. Tell me how to do so and I'll try to do it after my DAR meeting tonight.

Sorry Folks!
I've been MIA for a few years due to circumstances beyond my control. I apologize for not replying to posts. If there's a way I can add you as a contributor I'll be happy to. I don't have much time to spend online anymore.

RE: Why you have to be like that?
Wow! You don't know my situation. I haven't had much access since 2010. Kindly kiss off and don't post to me anymore. I don't need things like this right now.

RE: Why you have to be like that?
Excuse me? This is the first notification I've received from Find A Grave. I'm sorry. You don't have to be an ass.

Evaline Oxley

Wondering what your relationship might be with Evaline Oxley? She was also my great grandmother on my father's side. My father was Arthur Jarrell White.

RE: Rice Martin

Thanks for doing that. I was doing some more research on
Rice Martin, and I found out something interesting. Here is the information that I found. I think his father was named J. W. Young, and I know his mothers name was Minnie Martin.
I think I found his birth information and it has his name as Reed Young,I don't know why his last name was changed to
Martin, I do remember him, he contracted polio as a child and my grandmother would check on him every now and then. I also know that he had an older brother name Kenneth Martin or young. He might have other siblings. You can go out to the wv archives website and put in Reed young for his birth and for his parents for their marriage just put in Minnie Martin
and for her husband just put in young. I know I have his obituary. His mother Minnie Martin was my grandmothers aunt.
My great grandmother Cee Martin Midkiff and Minnie Martin
Were sisters. Let me know if you need anymore information.
