I got your request to transfer his memorial but I am a direct descendant and would rather not. I'll be happy to post whatever you need me to to his memorial. You may contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
|Ed Forester||RE: Location Question|
The only remains is Jock Tatum's son, Dan Tatum's, house. It is in the north east corner of hwy 11 and Cloverdale rd. All the younger generation has moved away, no Tatum's there now.
|Ed Forester||RE: Location Question|
The old Tatum Home place was at the corner of hwy 11 and Cloverdale Road here in Rising Fawn GA. Roberts daughter Sophia is buried in a single grave just across the hwy 11 at the foot of Fox Mountain. His nephew Jock Tatum lived in this location too. His brother Hardy Lafayette Tatum owned a coal mine in Tatum Gulch behind Miller Cemetery on Mason road and it is said he lived in this area too. If Robert moved to Trenton, GA. where him and his dad is buried I don't have any documentation on this. Hope this helps.
|Dave||RE: Hover Photos?|
Sorry I didn't get right back to you. I have no photos of Mary Olive to share with you. Her father William Henry was/is my great uncle. My grandfather is Harry Hover, who would be Mary's uncle. I have some things that might interest you, if you would care to correspond. Offer your e-mail and we can chat. Dave

hello, I'm Craig Albrehctson
Unless I am mistaken you are descended from Franklin Snyder. Oldest son of John E Snyder. I'm also descended from the snyders. I'm the GG grandson of Franklin's brother John H Snyder.
I would love to touch base with you regarding the Snyder family. It looks like you posted on ancestry a picture of John E Snyder. I am very interested in getting a copy. I'd be happy to share any information I have.

|Vickie S Gryp||RE: Update|
Hi, Douglas. I did not get a birth and/or death certificate for any of the Tittles in Warren County because of the fee of $85 for out of State individuals and not confident they are even on file. However, I actually went to McMinnville, TN last December/January on my way home from Gulf Shores AL. I visited the genealogy section of the McMinnville Library. Unfortunately, the only thing I found was a petition from Thomas Walling for funds for guardianship of three of David Tittle's children, one of which was Samuel Tittle. This only opened more questions as to who Thomas Walling was and why was the children not with their mother, Susanna? To be honest, I was excited to search Thomas Walling when I got home, but was discouraged when I struck out and haven't worked on it since.
Sorry, I don't have any news for you.

Glad to send it. After 40 years of looking for Asenath Jones, I have to accept that it is really John J Mitchell and Emily Holtzclaw. The file is 13.7 MB, hopefully email won't choke on it.
