I began using find a grave as a way to get an updated picture of my daughter's grave in El Paso. Then, a Find-a-Grave volunteer fulfilled my request for a picture of my best friend's grave in Florida. |
I visit a cemetery once I run out of pictures to post. I have taken pictures of all legible stones (and created needed memorials)at the New Holland Union Cemetery, Hebron Cemetery at Crownover Mills, the Orient Feeble Minded Cemetery and Concord, Grove City, Grove City West and St. John's Lutheran Church, all cemeteries in Grove City, Ohio. I will be heading back to Green Lawn Cemetery in Columbus as soon as the weather permits and the ground isn't soggy, probably the first of April 2014.
I am actively searching my family lines under the names of Helsel, Ankrom, Arnold, Peddycourt, Ladd, Baney, Severe, Jones and Hall.
I will gladly tranfer any memorial to you as long as it is not in my direct line and you are welcome to use any pictures on this website that I have taken.
If you would like me to link a memorial to another, please give me the numbers of both.
If I have mistakenly created a duplicate memorial, please ask me to delete it. I will do so. If you want the monument's picture on the memorial that you created, please copy it from mine and paste it to yours.
Unfortunately, if it is a windy day, sometimes leaves blow across the stones as I am taking pictures. Due to the amount of pictures I take in a day, I do not look at each picture before moving to the next. Unless you give me the section and plot number, I can not re-take pictures because I do not know the locations of the graves.

Thank you so much. I am trying to connect my family. I'm learning as I go. Pictures are the hardest so far. Everyone is so helpful.

I wish everyone on here were as nice as you.
I tried duplicates linked to get around him. Findagrave merged them (and they deleted some which unlinked trees). The ones that they merged their "owner" took extra time to delete the updates that I did and unlink the people he got from the tree of my own DNA relatives. I am trying to get findagrave to transfer them to me, because of what he is doing. He can't say he doesn't have time, if he has time do delete updates and unlink a tree one by one. It took me weeks to do that tree. I don't see why findagrave doesn't either take over the accounts of such people who refuse or transfer people's relatives over them. He does this stuff just to get people to "beg" for their relatives and findagrave lets him get away with that and with threatening me by email and by posting a threat on my main page (which I have left up for them to see).
The email thing, I think he is doing that too.
Sorry he is dragging you into this...
Let me know if you get any emails that don't sound right. Report any wierd emails to findagrave and to your server if you have to.
Yes, the Ankroms from around Wetzel Co., West Virginia.

Thank you for responding so quickly. It was a pleasure to find a name for Orville. I was trying to link Malissa and Elzie to their families when I came across the death certificate for Orville.
Many thanks for contributing to Find A Grave--

Hi, Rachel's Mom, I just sent you a pdf with plot info for everyone I need in Green Lawn. I'm unable to enter info into memorials, as I don't manage them yet. Thanks so much!
