"The following statement is my written permission that any photo I take(per request of another party on FAG),or (those I personally contributed (grave/photos)that I may have added of others or family members) can be used without further permission from me, as long as it in an appropriate and decent content and for family and/or genealogy purposes. I would appreciate my name and date taken be shown on photo.
Franklin Clay photo request I am happy to fill your request at Sparkman Hillcrest, but I will need a burial location in order to do so. They don't give findagrave volunteers burial locations but you could get one if you called on the phone at: 214 363 5401. Let me know the location and I will go out there next week and fill it for you. Thanks!
