I'm originally from Greensburg, PA and graduated from Hempfield High School in 1971. I went to Penn State and graduated in 1975 with a degree in Forestry. I worked for the US Forest Service for 43 years and finally retired January 2, 2019. I finally moved back home amidst the 2020 covid pandemic.

The families I'm researching all lived in or around southwest Pennsylvania - mainly Westmoreland, Fayette and Somerset Counties - and include the surnames Sykes, Tarr, Love, Tinstman, Noel, Harrison, Harr, Fry, Beistel, Brindle, Smith, Zimmerman, McNelly, Spielman, Ruffcorn, Bates, Baker, and Fultz.

I review a lot of cemetery records and if I discover a person is not in the FAG database I'll create a profile for that person.
