"Greetings... Since the move to Ancestry and the new website, newspaper obituaries, death certificates and other scanned documentation are allowed. We encourage members to move the images down to the bottom of the photo display so that they are not the first thing you see when viewing a memorial page. Thank you, Find a Grave Administration"

Most of the memorials I manage are in Rest-Haven Memorial Park in Eugene, Oregon. The cemetery has more than 25,000 graves with just over 19,000 of them on Find-A-Grave. Rest-Haven has a mausoleum in addition to the cemetery. This cemetery has no upright gravestones, only flat ground level grave marker. The cemetery does not require that a grave be marked, so many graves have no markers.

I enjoy genealogical research and like to enhance the memorials I manage. It will take several years for me to research all of the 6,000 plus memorials I manage. I give top research priority to a memorial when interest is shown in that memorial. So when edits are sent to me I research that memorial. If you have information for a memorial please send it. Also, if you have a special interest in a memorial let me know and I will see what additional information I can find about that person.

PHOTOS:
If you have a damaged or faded photo that you want to post, please email it to me instead of posting it. I would like to repair it prior to posting. If you would like the photo credit let me know and I will send you the repaired copy, so you can post it.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A "Message" WHEN ASKING FOR EDITS OR TRANSFERS.
Use the EDIT TAB on that person's memorial if you have a correction, extra information or want a transfer. Then on the edit page use the "Suggest other corrections" option to add information. Or ask for a transfer. If asking for a transfer please state how you are related.

Non members-
If you wish to add something to a memorial, but you are not a Findagrave member/contributor, please send me an email with your information. On the email's subject line put "Findagrave- (the memorial number and name)". Be sure to also include the person's name and memorial number in your email. A correct memorial number is extremely important. Please double check the memorial number you send.
