Bio

It's 2012 and somehow I accidently became 60 years old. I decided it was time to do the research on my family that I've been putting off for so long. I now have a family tree on ancestry.com named "Tim Chambers" and am trying to put together a graveyard family tree on this site. Find-a-Grave was very helpful in my family tree research and I want to make it more useful for those who come after me. I only take photos of my relatives' graves and I grant permission to any family member to copy and use them. I want to thank all the volunteers who take photos but please consider my position that if you take a photo of my mother's grave, it's as much my photo as yours. I will transfer maintenance of the memorial to any family member who is more closely related than I.
My direct ancestors are Chambers, Michelson, Pederson, Drollinger, Seibert, Denzel, Lloyd and McGuire and spread out from there by time and marriage. I was born and raised in Oakland, CA but my tree spreads directly across the USA and into Ireland, Germany, and Denmark. My yDNA through the Chambers patrilineal line takes the family from Ireland through the Argyll Islands in Scotland and into Norway where they were Vikings. Cool.
