I was born and brought up in Wales but now live in Lincoln England. I started genealogy in 2002 and now have my family back to 18c. I stumbled across this site whilst tracing American relatives and found lots of help and information.|
Through the findagrave forum I'm involved in projects to leave flowers on all memorials that don't currently have any, please don't assume I'm a relative because I left a flower or sponsored a memorial and please don't transfer without asking.

You're good! You remember from year to year. I'm lucky if I can remember from day to day! Thanks so much, you're greatly appreciated!

|Rob Dickens||Gordon Dickens (104258691)|
You may remember we were in touch a while ago about Gordon. I have since done some more research and it seems that he is my uncle. According to my mother he was born in 1934, married in London in 1955 (Rachel Michaels) and divorced/separated from Rachel sometime in the 80's or 90's. His parents are Florence May Dickens (nee Connington 133743343) and Alfred Dickens (133743331).
The BMD records do not show a second marriage but I do know he was 'with someone', my mother met her and said her name was 'Kay' which fits a shortened form of Kathleen.
Please add links to parents or, if you prefer you could transfer the memorial to me.
|Leilani||Thank you for these corrections!|
Thank you very much for providing the corrections for the memorials of Percival Gibson and Francis Howard. I will certainly approve them.

I extend a very sincere thank you and apology for the 3 month lateness in acknowledging the lovely token you left for my loved eldest brother.
He is now with our parents and in God's keeping.
|Tony Bingham||RE: Audrey Lilian Hall|
Your most welcome. Audrey Lilian Hall was my ex mother in law who I remained good friends with following my divorce (over 20 years ago) from her daughter. For reference Audrey`s maiden name was Dean in case this helps anyone else researching this gravestone.

Thank you so much for the pretty flower you left on my mom's memorial. It's very much appreciated. Hope y'all are staying warm and safe on the other side of the pond. :)
|J B||RE: Sir Donald Sinden|
I didn't know this, but it is ridiculous. Sir Donald was one of the great theatrical Knights and was very famous indeed. When I saw that I had a message from Find A Grave I thought it might have been from their management saying that it was unnecessary to sponsor Sir Donald's record, and that a mistake had been made. Anyway, it is an honour for me to sponsor him so I am very happy to do it.
Thanks very much for your message, Daff, it was very nice to hear from you.
