Hi!!
Information from the transcript of the Brant-Blackie Sub Hospital shows the baby was a stillborn birth in Blackie on October 12 1928. The family were members of the Union Church and Mrs Mary Bateman, from Brant, purchased the cemetery plot.

I hope that helps.

Hi Debbie,

That is the same plot number I received - I added it to the memorial.

The cemetery is not well marked but I do have all the plot numbers so I should be able to figure out exactly where the grave is. (I photographed all the headstones in the cemetery Sunday.) There are some other Bateman's in the Blackie Cemetery and those photos are also on Find A Grave.

The next time I am in the Blackie area (I live 2 hours away) I will take a photo of the general area for you. Please do another "photo request" just to be sure I remember.

Thank you!!
Yvonne

Gier family
Sorry, jumped the gun on George R Gier and wife Mary Jane. However, there are only 3 Gier's listed in the Rose Hill cemetery listing as of 1984, and they are George W & Esta Lavina Richardson Gier and Carrie Gier. Your George R & Mary Jane McIntosh Gier are not listed, so wonder if they are somewhere in Omaha, NE?. I claimed George R, so you may want to go back and recreate a find for him. Sorry and thanks Alvin 47244491

RE: Gene Wyatt
We haven't been back to check for a Beulah Wyatt. Next time we are there we will check. We did find an Esther Wyatt 1881 to 1948, an Ole O. Wyatt 1899-1958 and we took pictures of both of those gravestones. Those memorials have not been created. Sorry it took so long to reply.

His wife's name was written on the back of his headstone but someone painted over it with white paint.
