As a professional genealogist, I have devoted much effort to master the art and science of genealogy research, applying the analytical and attention-to-detail skills learned in my former air traffic control career of thirty years to my professional genealogy endeavors. Helping adoptees find their biological families through combined traditional genealogy research and DNA analysis is my passion. I am a graduate of Boston University's Genealogy Research Certificate Program and am constantly upgrading my research skills through participation in educational programs through the Salt Lake Insitute of Genealogy (SLIG), Institute for Genealogical and Historical Studies (IGHR), Genealogy Research Institute of Pittsburg (GRIP), and Genealogical Institute on Federal Records (Gen-Fed). I am a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG), National Genealogical Society (NGS), and other societies.
