I live in SW Florida now, after a lifetime living in New York's Hudson Valley and a year near Virginia Beach, Virginia.

I am an occasional contributor to Find A Grave, mostly my own ancestors, but also friends who have passed through my life who have made a difference. As I add friends names, I find more and more that I am adding to their trees also, by connecting their parents and siblings who have also passed.

Most of my family, including my father, grandparents, great-grandparents, and several aunts and uncles are interred in the Handford family plot in Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn, New York. Some of the family names included in my tree include Handford, Keeler, Sweitzer, Clewell, and Boone (yes, Daniel).

I can only wish that my ancestors had labeled and preserved all of their family photos and documents better than they have; and hope that I can continue to do better for any following generations.
