I am a native Oklahoman, born in Tulsa on Feb. 4, 1944. I was raised in Sapulpa, OK where I graduated from high school in 1962.

I graduated from Adelphi University in Long Island, NY with a BS in Nursing in 1971. Most of my career I worked in Tucson, AZ, but more recently I worked in the hospital in my hometown. I retired just this year.

My interest in genealogy began over 20 years ago after finally unpacking a box of documents and pictures left me by my mother who died in 1978. Her wedding picture and announcement were in the box.

I belong to the local Genealogy Club and DAR chapter, and am a member of the First Families of Oklahoma through my father.

I most enjoy linking people to their ancestors on Find A Grave and in ancestry.com so that future descendants can know their families.

My husband, DKF, photographs the headstone photos that I post on any and all memorials.
