I served as a sailor on the USS Saipan from 1977-81. I am interested in veterans issues and in history. This combines into an interest in the gravesites of veterans. I am a member of the local Civil War Round Table, and the following organizations: AMVETS; The Regular Veterans Association in Winooski, Vermont; The Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States; and ANAVETS Unit 308 in Montréal-Est. I sound "Taps" at military funerals.
