It was my pleasure. Thank YOU for taking the time to thank me. Have a safe 4th and God Bless.
|Wanda Goins||RE: Samuel Henson|
I want to thank you for posting a picture of Sam Henson headstone in Euwasha Cemetery in Kenwood, OK. I went back up there searching for him and a great aunt and I would have never found his if you had not posted the picture. It was almost impossible to read. Unfortunately, that little cemetery is very overgrown and it is hard to find anything. But, because of you I was able to spot it and could barely read it. I probably would have never realized it was his. He was not related except by marriage but it appears he did give his life for our country.

Thank you for posting this. Are you related to the Goins family in the Mayes, Delaware county area of NE Oklahoma.
|Karen Todd||Tonie Ball|
Thank you for fulfilling my photo request. Much appreciated.
|Patti Agnew||Ralph W Agnew|

I have tons of information on our Singleton line.
I'll email you.

You are welcome. I just put the names to the group picture in the caption box. :o)
Just saw your message. I can't say I am on this site much because it seems I am always working so I apologize for taking so much time to get back to you. What is your confirmation that this is the correct Oce Brown? My only confirmation that he is buried at Gov. Brown's is from statements by my mother, uncle and grandmother. It was common knowledge. Also from his daughter, Lottie Livingston, who was good friends with my mother up until Lottie's death in 1977. Oce and his brother, Dick, worked for Gov. Brown on and off throughout the years and the families have always been close, although not related to the best of my knowledge.
