I am married have two grown daughters and two grandchildren. I live in what is considered the Brazosport Area and includes the cities of Lake Jackson, Richwood, Clute and Freeport, Texas. I medically retired from my teaching position in 2009. After retirement I started working on my ancestry. When we are able to, my husband and I travel back home to the Rio Grande Valley to visit family. While there I try to locate family gravesites and take pictures. The families I am researching include Villarreal, Abrego, Leal and Garcia from the Rio Grande Valley and Fernandez from the Beeville and Corpus Christi areas. I will be posting pictures as I take them.
