RE: Lillie Meyers that IS the best picture, most all the stones in the cemetery are so filthy, with so much moss. several were taken at different times to try and make them better. If you know any one there or can get some one local to clean you will be able to see it clearly. Wish I had better news for you. We would have cleaned them but it is not allowed by Find a Grave without permission.
RE: Lillie Meyers it is a VERY small cemetery, it is mowed all the markers are filthy and uncared for at the time the photos were taken. I tried several times to contact the local synagogue who at one time was the owner/caretaker, no one has ever choosen to respond to me :( . I had inquired as to the amount of burials in such. It really is as small as the photo as posted under the general heading of the cemetery. I had another relative come along to claim one other grave there. I asked them to try and contact the cemetery owner/manager. It would be very easy for someone to go there with warm water and a rag, soft brush and make the stones beautiful again.
My grandmother is listed with some relatives and that is how I found you. I was wondering if we're related, my grandmother is Sylvia Meyers Kaplan (1923 - 2006). It would be nice if you had a family tree as I don't have any info on the Meyers side of the family.
Shirley (Hannah) & Jack Ehrlich Hi Andrew, I posted photos for them on their entries in Bnai Jacob (the newer one on Wintergreen Av.) If you want to manage their pages you can request a transfer, but the duplicate entries that you posted in Bnai Jacob on Whalley Ave & Jewell Street should be deleted. Thanks. Jan
