Kendall & McCarthy
I want to thank you for the obits for Zella Kendall and Clarice McCarthy. Joseph Kendall's mother Eliza Beal was my 2 ggmother's sister. Guess that is an easier explanation than cousins many times removed. Thanks again for the obits and I will get findagrave updated.

Findagrave reminder
Please use family links to link biological parents on a memorial page. Then use the biography area to explain and link any adoptive parents. Thank you for you cooperation and understanding.

Hello, it sounds like you know much more about this family that I do for sure. I usually take pictures of all stones that I can even remotely read in the whole cemetery. I would be more than happy to transfer this one to you so you can add the info you have researched. Just let me know. Joyce

RE: Mary C. Black
You're welcome. Taking photos inside the mausoleum is a challenge, very dim light and using flash reflects back from the shiny marble. I have to photo edit to enhance them. Not all of my photos are useable, so I plan on going back. You mentioned the Coryell's, I'll see what I have for them.

The old Rock Island that run through your part of Kansas was known as the Liberal Line. Not many of us old Rock Islanders are left.

I've added photos to Mary's memorial #101712005. Thought I'd tell you, as far as I know, I'm the only one to enter the mausoleum for photos.

Retke children
They have both been linked to their father and I have listed on Lori Ann's bio that she was killed while waiting for the school bus. Thank you for the information you provided. I lost a child at birth and so I am glad that both of her children are being remembered and especially that they are linked with their father. Thanks again.
