Doing Genealogical research started as a hobby and a way to fill the endless lonely time after my husband passed away in 2005.

I suppose I was always interested in Genealogy in some form or fashion because of the long line of oral histories I've heard all my life from my Mom, Dad and Grandparents. Now, I just research and document it.

Even though I have moved on, rejoined the world and currently enjoy the second half of my life, Genealogy continues to be a wonderfully entertaining source of interest and a good way to connect with long lost "cousins".
