|My name is David and I live in the Peoria, Illinois area. I recently stumbled across this website while searching for new cemeteries to explore. This will give me the chance to get more involved in two of my favorite pastimes: photography and exploring cemeteries. |
I am originally from Galesburg, Illinois and plan on exploring the cemeteries in Knox County also.

I couldn't remember if I ever properly thanked you for so promptly posting a photo of George Carrigan's grave for me. I so appreciate you being willing to do that. It amazes me that there are so many helpful people in all parts of the country who are willing to be of service. I am grateful for your efforts!

Thank you so much for posting this photo of George Carrigan's grave marker! I have been looking into some family lines of a friend of mine, and this is very helpful. I really appreciate you taking the time to do this!

I don't have anything on this Kleffman. I'm sure they were related, but I don't have the information.

I'd just as soon that you created the memorial & added the photos. I have too many memorials already in my care.
I'm well into my 70's and don't want to have things "hanging around" after I'm gone. Even F.A.G. agrees with me...they've asked that when someone gets older or for some reason can't or doesn't want to keep up with additions/corrections to please transfer the memorials to someone else who can & will.
I come across almost daily someone who no longer is paying attention to F.A.G. and to it's many, many updates, etc. I don't want to add to the problem!
Besides, I can't seem to get photos/attachments out of the e-mails. So it doesn't really help me at all to see your work & what others have sent me.
Thanks for your help and all the effort fighting the elements to do the great job you do.
