I was born and raised in Natrona, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania the son of John Clark and Dorothy [Penvose] Morford. I have two siblings: a sister and a brother. I spent 36 years as an educator in Pennsylvania, 25 years as an Earth and Space Science teacher and 11 years as a technology director. I received my BS in Education from Clarion State College in 1972 with certifications in Biology, Earth and Space Science, and Comprehensive Science. I received my MEd. and EdD from Nova University in Florida. I am currently retired and living in Oak Island, NC.
