I have been researching my family tree for more than 20 years now. 15 of those years we lived in Europe and I was able to find piece of the family tree none of us have ever had access to in the past. |
I am mainly searching for Zieg's, Loreman's, Grosshans, Roberts, Fuller's, Helton, Leach, and many more.
I reside in Northern Virginia, which makes me uniquely positioned to take photos of headstones in Arlington National Cemetery (12 miles from my house) and Quantico National Cemetery (5 miles from my house). I work at the Pentagon, and it has been very helpful in searching military documents for my family members. With the convenient location of the National Archives in Washington DC, out family tree has grown to more than 22,000 people.
Using Find a Grave has also been instrumental in documenting our tree.
The memorial's I manage are basically my own family members. I don't normally transfer them, but I am willing to update them or link them if you have any information. I hope others will do the same for me! and if you have a compelling reason for a transfer of one of my family members, please contact me so we can work something out!!
I would love to assist anyone that needs help. I have a very busy life with 5 children and 3 grandchildren, but when I can squeeze it in, I will assist those who ask for help in any way I can!

Hi Wendy, I went to the cemetery today to fulfill your request. The memorial stone is huge and the side where Jeremiah's inscription is on was extremely hard to photograph due to reflections. I took several angles but none are good. I will post the best one but maybe you can have the cemetery caretaker do a tracing. I don't have the proper paper to get a good tracing, otherwise, I would have done that. I did add photos to his entire family as well and added a few children that were listed on the stone that belonged to Alanson and Lucetta.

You have many obits posted under Arthur's name, starting with Barney Sandrock. Arthur's obit is at the bottom of a bunch of them.
|Richard Wesley||George W. Reed|
Thanks for sending me information to add to the Reed memorials.....I really appreciate it!!
|Chris Hobson||George Toombs|
Any additional info you can find would be wonderful.. I keep coming up with more name with no place to put them...There is a Sidney Toombs I would like to put at Sweden Hill but I have no proof.. I think he was another son of George's and I think I have his death notice and a couple on his kids but have no place of burial...

I just transfered Ms Cora to you. I do not usually transfer Newton County memorials but she is your great aunt and I would want someone to do the same for me. I was raised in Newton County and it is very special to me.
Send me any additions you need me to make.
Take care of Ms Cora.

Awesome! Congrats to her. I still have 3 weeks of school left & then I'll study a good 2 to 3 weeks for state boards. I am hoping to take the NCLEX by April. I am praying to pass the first time.

|Paula D.||RE: Warners|
I do have some of the Warner's listed already. I usually check the cemeteries to see if the names are already on this website or not, & if they are I'll add information to them, If not, I'll usually create a profile to add it to. I noticed we had some that are duplicated. Anyhow, I forgot I had an obituary for William L. Warner which is on his link and it listed all of his siblings. I was also able to locate almost all of his siblings in Prophetstown Riverside Cemetery. I will have to wait till we unthaw before I get pictures of the headstones. We are buried under several inches of snow right now.
The only one I could not find is James A. Warner, he was the oldest son of John H. Warner & Clarrisa's children. He was born 1836 in Wisconsin. What info. I did find on him led me to Wisconsin, but the trail ends there.
I am also searching for William L. Warner (son of John H. Warner & Clarrisa) other daughter. William & his wife Lizzie had twin sons that died at birth, Clarence & Clayton & two daughters, Clara & Mary. Clara is my Great-great grandmother & is at Riverside Cemetery. Her sister, however, married and Oscar Clay Webb in Indiana, which leads me to believe she is in Indiana. I found this link but I am unsure this is the Mary I am searching for:45548172. It doesn't give me much information but the name & birth date matches. I didn't know if you had any information on Mary or her Uncle James. Thanks for all your help!

|Jeff Davis||Oliver and Lydia Frankilin|
Good afternoon Wendy,
I noticed the wonderful photograph of the family of Oliver and Lydia Franklin that you added to both memorials of Oliver and Lydia Franklin. I was hoping that you might be able to share the names of all of the individuals. I am also interested in the names of all of their children. I noticed that that there are several memorial in Alliance Cemetery and figure that many of them are related. Their daughter, Cora Belle Franklin Conley was married to Clyde Patrick Conley, who is a cousin of my second great grandfather. I hope to hear from you and thank you for your assistance.

Hi Wendy! I noticed you sponsored the memorial. How nice of you. I added the grave photos, but I did not see Ernest buried nearby. I will check at the office this week.
