Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a wife, mother of three, grandmother of ten.

My passions in life are my family, genealogy,
gardening,and writing.

I started climbing my family tree when I was twelve, and haven't stopped yet!

I have enjoyed taking some "roots vacations" to
Illinois and Pennsylvania. Genealogy naturally leads you to the world of history. I enjoy American History very much.

Many of my ancestors came to America for religious reasons. I have traced them through
just about every war that America has taken part in.

I have taught genealogy classes in my church.
And I often help friends and neighbors with their research.

"Turning Hearts" comes from the last verse in The Old Testament, Malachi 4: 6.

I am very appreciative of my husband's understanding of this great work!

Findagrave.com is one of my very favorite websites.

Searching for James I Thompson's Ancestors
I am searching for my Grandfather's (James Irvin Thompson) ancestors. I have very little information to go on. My father is his youngest son. Are you related in anyway? Your help would be much appreciated. Also, I have a photo that could be added to his memorial. Looking forward to your response.

I am working on the Pine Hill Cemetery. I got photo's of all of the stones and working my way through them and adding them to Find-a-Grave.

RE: J.L. a R.P.Townsend Darlington
You're welcome! Oaklands Cemetery is an amazing place and I plan to make a trip back there at some point. There were more Darlingtons in other areas of the cemetery. I'm assuming they are related. Also, I don't know if you noticed but I added John and Rachel's children since they were all together in a very nice little secluded section of the cemetery.
