|Laurie T||Thank you!|
I appreciate that. My great grandmother is Teresa Catherine French, whose parents, I believe are George William French, and Mary Elizabeth (Durbin) French. I believe George William French's parents are Gabriel and Elizabeth Ann (Gatton) French. Am I in the correct line for that?

Thank you very much, I really appreciate that!!! I did find, and please let me know what you think because I have no way to verify this, that George William French's dad, Gabriel French, was married twice. Yes, to the Elizabeth Ann (Gatton) French, that would make George and Mary Elizabeth cousins.But also it looks like Gabriel might have also been married to an Ann Elizabeth Johnson. Do you know if that is true? I can't find anything out about her. If so, do you think there's any chance she might be George's mother? In that case, he and Mary Elizabeth wouldn'tve been cousins. I'm just hoping! Thanks again!

|Laurie T||Relative Question|
Hi there, not sure if we are related or not, but thank you for all the memorials you have posted, great work. I have a major question, and I am praying there is some sort of typo. Your memorials says that Elizabeth Ann (Gatton) French's mom and dad is James William Gatton and mother is Mary Newton. And that Teresa Ellen (Gatton) Durbin parents are the same, thus the would be sisters. However, Teresa's daughter, Mary Elizabeth (Durbin) French, and Elizabeth Ann (Gatton) French's son, George William French were married. That would make my great-great granparents FIRST COUSINS. They were all buried in a Catholic Cemetery, and I cannot imagine that the Church would allow them to ever marry. Please tell me something is wrong here. Thank you SO much for the help!

I just uploaded photos for Annette and William Francis, which you'd requested last month. I photographed other Spencer graves when I was at Azalea last week and will add them to this database soon. Don't think I found Emma Spencer, though. Did not have time to cover the entire cemetery on that visit.

I've been looking through photos I've already taken but haven't found the ones you requested. I plan to go to Azalea Memorial Gardens again in a couple of weeks and will make a point of looking for and photographing the Newton and Spencer markers. Hope that will be soon enough for you. Jeri O

|S Wheatley||tombstone John Wheatley|
Hello I think we already talked abt tombstone for John Wheatley in St John Cem, Rineyville, Hardin Co Ky. we didnt know if there was a tombstone for him. I just got some info tht there WAS a stone for him that should say: b 1-19-1772 d 5-22-1861.(or 1864). His wife Sarah Egan or Hagan Wheatley may be buried beside him or in same cemetary. I would be interested in ANY Wheatley tombstones in ANY cemetary. Can you check on these stones, the next time you visit that cem? thank you so much. S. Wheatleyemail@example.com
