The Tombstone Project has been launched. We are looking for Donations for headstones for Unmarked Graves! www.stillygen.org |
I am happy to tell all that the Oso slide missed me by 100'. My house did get flooded with 6' of water and I have found a new home. Take a look at the photo section of Larry Taylor's Facebook page (from Arlington, Washington) to see around my home minutes after the slide.
Many Blessings to all those we have lost.
Thank You to all those that have helped.
Love, Larry Taylor
I live in Snohomish County, Washington. I have joined the "Quest" to Photograph every headstone in the County. I am pleased and proud to say I have 10 or more individuals that have joined with me to achieve this "Quest!" Many Blessings to the "Quest" Team.
I am also looking to find my family. The Taylor clan originally came from Virginia (Possibly West Virginia 1700's). Settled in California (1850's) and then moved to Oregon (1870's) near Stayton and Sublimity. Looking for Dull, Lund, Cota, Fincher, Ledgerwood, and Taylor. I am a Vietnam Veteran and have a special spot in my heart for all Vets. USMC, 1967 to 1969.
You are welcome to use the photos I place on the site. You need not get my permission. Feel free to contact me if you need my assistance.
I am a member of the Stillaguamish Valley Genealogical Society in Arlington, WA. I am working with Leilani Lucrisia on the Arlington Cemetery and other local cemeteries.
I am also a member of the Marysville Historical Society and we have completed the Marysville Cemetery with the assistance of Larry Rankin and Carmen Stoops.

Contact www.stillygen.org for more information or to obtain an obituary for the local area (Snohomish County, Washington).
To Lindsey Allen (1991-1998) My birthday Twin.
Take my hand Lindsey. Walk with me. Be that small voice in my ear to make me a better Christ. Help me bring Heaven to Earth. The Age of Aquarius, the Fourth Dimension, the end of what we call Death. Dance about me as mankind realizes his and her Godliness.
Take my hand Lindsey. Walk with me. Be that small voice in my ear to remind me to love everyone, everywhere.
Take my hand Lindsey. Walk with me. Lead me to your parents, let us heal the void in their Hearts.
Take my hand Lindsey. For you and I have a foot in Water and a foot in Fire. We dance upon the Earth and breath the Air of life. We understand the connection to the Sun and the Moon and the Earth and the Air. We speak the emotional language of the creator. I see us standing before God, being the channel of Love, to life on Earth and reflecting back to God.
Take my hand Lindsey, for we can do this!
Blessings to you and your Families.
Rev. Larry Taylor (July 21)
Blessings to all our brothers and sisters throughout this Universe!

I'm sorry that I failed to realize that you are probably interested in where my Dad is buried since you are a "Find a Grave" organization. Dad's ashes are scattered in Redwood National Park..sorry no grave.
|Barbara Anderson||RE: Welcome to Find a Grave|
My father,Millage Hall Nettles, is, of course, deceased on November 28, 1985, born on May 31, 1902.
I may be able to find info on more siblings.
|Susan Doble||RE: Dean Rugwell|
Thanks. Will do.
|Janet Sullivan||John E Westli|
Hi, I was just at Valley View Cemetery this afternoon, the death year you have for John E Westli on Find A Grave is 1951. That would have made him 105 at the time of his death, which is possible, but I'm pretty sure it said death year 1931 on his headstone. It is kinda hard to read and someone has filled in the year with something, not from a monument company. Thanks for you time and effort.

I am very sorry but I believe this Daniel Currie (1861-1935) was the son of Donald Currie and Hannah Campbell, not the son of Florah Currie (1837-1922). Sorry for any inconvenience!
|Beachcomber||I tried sending you an email lawrencetaylorO@gmail.com|

|Barbee Perrance||RE: Julia Anne Taylor Phillips|
I am pretty sure that Julia Anne's parents are John and Jane Taylor, (Jane's maiden name unknown) but I have work to do to prove it. I am on may way home now from Missouri where I was able to find probate records in the Ray County Courthouse to support this. Here is what I have found so far from probate records, census records and family stories handed down
Julia Anne was born in Kentucky in 1825
Her father was born in North Carolina
Her mother was born in Tennessee. The Jane Taylor described below was born in TN
(none of the above matches the David & Lucinda Taylor records)
The Taylor family lived in Ray County, Missouri where as a young girl Julia met her future husband, John Phillips
If John Taylor is her father, he died in Ray County in 1834, leaving his wife Jane Taylor as executor
Jane is head of the family on the 1840 census in Ray Co
Family lore says John Phillips told his family that he was going off to buy cattle and came back home with Julia. She was only 14 when they married in Ray County
John and Julia left his rooted Phillips family in Ray County and are found in Dade County in 1850 and hit the Oregon Trail in 1855.
Jane Taylor died in Dade County in 1860
It is the records that show Jane Taylor lived in both Ray County and Dade County and that she was born in TN that have drawn me to her as a parent. As a single / widowed parent of other children younger than Julia, you could understand how she would consent to Julia marrying at 14 years old, to a 20 year old man if he was a good man.
I will let you know when / if I prove the connection.
Thank you for your interest. Barb
