|Janet Brown||Anna Laird Brown|
Hi Cindy--Anna is also my 3x great grandmother. Over 40 years ago, I visited family in the Slaughters,KY area. I met several distant relatives at a "Basket Dinner" held in honor of my Grandfather George Orton Brown, son of Joe L. Brown, grandson of Richard H. Brown, great grandson of Anna and Jesse Brown. We visited the Brown cemetery on Carl Brown's farm. Is Anna Laird Brown buried there?
Any info you may have would be greatly appreciated.
Janet L. Brown

There is a book written: "The endless Bounds"
It is a wonderful book and seems to be very accurate
These Bounds, Came from the old country to Salisbury, Maryland. http://www.cardcow.com/264070/old-green-hill-church-salisbury-maryland/
The church called the Old Green Hill Church, was built and preached by Bounds.I had written a fellow from there, in 1995ish and he told me how big the name Bounds was in the area. Also sent me a book (I have it in a box),it had a photo of a Bounds, looked just like my Brother,this Bounds was Mayor of Salisbury.
My tree is Price Family Tree And is public. I saw your name this morning as you copied information on Susan Mariah "Susie" Bounds. My GGrandmother
Margarett Elizebeth Bounds-Nicholas
1859 – 1929 is my most direct link.
Let me know if I can help in any way.

|Popeye||Rigdon Thomas SR and Catherine|
Hi Cindy, Dennis (popeye) here in Macon. Do you by chance have any idea where Ridgon and Catherine Murray Thomas are buried?? I would 'assume' in Mt Pleasant cem. with the other Thomas's but I have found no evidence.
Thanx in advance and have a wonderful day,

Cindy, Many thanks for the info about Nelson, Calvin, and Rigdon Thomas. Its been added--- The Thomas family has a very rich heritage coming from Wales abt 1650 landing in MD. If you would like to share info you can reach me here or on facebook or by Email. Sincerely Chuck Swasey
|Joni||Thomas T. Thomas|
I corrected Thomas' parent's name in the bio. Louisa was his step-mother's name.

|Michael McDonald||RE: Newton Jasper McDonald|
I would be thankful for anything you can share on this line. We have been in search for years as to trying to find out who would actually be the father of Newton Jasper McDonald. I have found reference to a Linneberry McDaniel but I am still unsure if this would be correct. I know the location of Grandmother Louisa Covington's burial along with her parents and such. But with over ten years of searching I've not had much luck with it. I have some of the lines connected on the Covingtons and their marriages but it seems that they just seem to vanish. My regular email address is firstname.lastname@example.org,and again I will share what knowledge I have on anything you may be interested in.
|Michael McDonald||Newton Jasper McDonald|
I would be interested if you are researching the Covington line that would connect back from NJ McDonald also. His mother was a Covington also before marriage. Would love to see if we may have any connections with this line.
With sincere thanks in advance,
Michael McDonald Grandson of Newton Jasper McDonald
|Beverly Bounds Davis||Bounds Family Eastren Shore Maryland|
You know your branch of the family may come from the Eastern Shore of Maryland. A couple came over and some went to N.C. or S.C. They are in the book,"The Boundless Bounds Family".A John Bounds came to VA. as a carpenter in the 1600's in 1640 a John Bounds moved to the Eastern Shore of MD and became a planter.
If your interested in genealogy this may help you if you don't have the information. Beverly Bounds Davis
