RE: Emeline M. Hill Adams
Jack,
If I posted it, I am kin. I am trying to connect all our family lines together to show the connections to make it easier for families to have the family tree connections. The only ones I am not kin to are the ones someone asked me about and I found for them. Thats why I try not to hand over any of my memorials.

Jack, I am very interested in Mary's line. She and her husband, Luther adopted my grandma when she was 6 yrs old. She was their only child.

Mr. Holga
Judge Joe Brown, Sr.
Jack,

Thanks for the update. I got Judge Brown's info from the obit in The Dallas Morning News. It did not have very much information.

Is your mother in Find A Grave? If so, then I would like to connect her to Judge Brown's record. Or you could make the connection if you manage her record.

Also, Judge Brown's obit did not say anything about Billy. Has he passed away?

I added Judge Brown because of his connection to the Kennedy assassination, which I published a book on last year. The book is Death By Holga: 11.22.63

Thanks for your help. Cheers.

Awalts
Just re-read your message. I know the name Columbus (Lum) A Walt from my research. Will look into it this evening after work. Was the grandmother born TN, died TX Rebecca Bradshaw by chance? Will look into it this evening as well but if memory serves I know who her family was and also, I believe, have info on her Awalt connections.

Awalts
Jack, please feel free to use any of my work that will help you find your family. I do appreciate your willingness to credit me for my efforts. None of my direct ancestors are Awalts, but I did have one who married one, although without looking it up I can't remember who either of them are. She was a Bradshaw, so given the time frame he obviously was an Awalt. I think you'll find Bradshaws and Awalts living in the same area for at least two or three generations. If you'd like, I can give you visitor rights to my private tree.

Josephine Hill Cogdill
Jack, I found her! My cousin Dave DeHart just called and told me she is listed in the Swain County Cemetery Book as being buried in the Bryson City Cemetery in Swain. I suggest you create a memorial for her and request a photo of her gravestone. I can add the photo of her and her husband. Dave is going to scan and email me two pages from the book that lists the Cogdills and Hills buried there.
