George W Anderson 115492631
Hi There L. B.

I understand there are a lot of George W Andersons in Kansas. I would really appreciate... if you could just "double-check" where you obtained the death date for the unmarked Baker Cemetery grave (115492631).

Reason: My George W Anderson was born in 1847 Indiana. He and his family lived in the Osborne County Kansas area... at the time of his death in 1900.

By 1900 "my" George W Anderson's wife is widowed on her Kansas census record. George's widowed wife sends her young daughter (Frances) to live with her (sister) Emma C (Reeves) Watson's family. Meantime my George's widowed wife and her sons live with other relatives. This strongly indicates... George W Anderson's family is poor at the time of his death.

My George W Anderson had to have died about 1900 whereas the one listed in the unmarked grave died in 1909. (I'm really hoping... where ever you got the date from... the last digit might have been a "0" verses a "9" or was unreadable).

What ever your answer maybe... please understand I fully appreciate those whom take that extra step to document unmarked graves.

Thank You for any assistance you can provide.

-Terry

RE: Osborn family
I think there is a delay in Find A Grave sometimes. Thanks for the transfers.

Francis Riedel
I have found a Francis Xavier "Guy" Riedel, b. 13 Sept. 1920; d.17 Dec 1992; buried in the St. Boniface Cemetery in Tipton, Mitchell, Kansas. I did not find any family trees to substantiate he had ever been married. Ken

Thanks so much...
for the transfer of the Broooks family memorials in Osborne Cemetery. Your work in creating them allowed me to solve a decades-long mystery. You are greatly appreciated.
