Bio

I have been researching my family for about 12 years. I became interested when I heard that my great grandmother told my uncle that we were "part Indian and part Yankee". I wanted to find out how true this was. I became hooked immediately.
My biggest struggle so far is getting through the "stonewall" in my Jackson line. I hope to, one day, locate my 4th great grandfather's (Cornelius Jackson) parents.
My Surnames: Lowry (various spellings), Gaines, Davis, Brewer, Nelson (SC), Robison (various spellings), Duckworth, Hoffman/Huffman, Palmer, Farmer, Green (SC), Burckhalter, Jolly, Bean, Kemp, Marler/Marlow, New, Ouzts/Utz, Riddle, Still, Worley, Boyd; Jackson, Green (GA), Bush, Christian, Marks, Armstrong, McCart, Golden, Hutchins, Nelson (GA), Perdue.
My husband's surnames: Minter, Adair, Andrews, Biggs, Baker, Brown, Cobb, Cowart, Cummings, Fife, Glore, Gutshall, Hall, Kidd, Peacock, Proctor, Rinehart, Sorrow.
