I also encourage other contributers before adding graves to make certain that the information they add is correct. Often I find memorials have been created before the graves have been visited. If this is the case, please provide source information and realize that even then the source may have been wrong to begin with. Headstones can also be incorrect from time to time, so be conscious of this.
