My grandmother started me on my quest for family history with her wonderful family stories. Although I lost her and her depth of knowledge when she passed in 1967, I never stopped the research and documenting what I find. My interest is researching and studying genealogy. Computers have added much to genealogy, but the research in archives and courthouses for the primary sources continues to be my favorite research. On Find a Grave, I only contribute to my family line or my husband's line but I am always glad to help others in their search for family history. God has blessed us with wonderful ancestors and it is good that we remember and honor them.
