Hi Kathy, I see you entered Matilda's information and that she is buried in the Shannon Methodist Church Cemetery, in Shannon Kentucky. Could you tell me if there are actual headstones there that can be photographed,of her parents, Capt. John Baker and Nancy Ellen (Latham) Baker? They are my third Great Grandparents. I have down that Matilda was born in 1807.
Thank you for the information that you have already included with her Find-A-Grave entry.
Thank you very much for the obit and edits!

Thanks you for the edits and his obit. I have updated his page in Mount Hope cemetery, Topeka. Don't know if I've told you this before, but when I update a page for this cemetery, I print off the page and take it to the cemetery office for their files. With so many people buried there, they often don't have much information except for burial records.
Thank you for the obit and information. I included most of it for historical and genealogical information and interest. It is appreciated!

Many thanks for providing the obit for this lady. I have added it to her bio, and given you credit. Apologies for the long delay in getting it added. I appreciate you being a contributing member of the great findagrave community. Thanks, Kathy!

Thank you for updating Nancy's page and I appreciate your quick response. Nancy's brother John Naughton was my 4th great grandfather.

I ran onto the obituary of my great great great uncle. I typed it up for you, but when I went back and looked at it after I sent it to you - I noticed I spelled his last name Sqier instead of Squier on the last sentence of the obituary. Can you fix my mess? Thank you so much for what you do. I appreciate you very much, Greg Center-
Thanks Ms. Kathy for his obituary!
I remember him well as I am from Horton.

Hello Kathy. I wanted to add some information about Nancy Roche. You have her maiden name listed as Norton, but it was actually Naughton. She married David Roche on 08 Apr 1863 in Coffey County, Kansas. Her sister Catherine (Katie) Naughton married David Roche's friend and military comrade Patrick Grace. Nancy is the daughter of Michael Naughton and Mary unknown who immigrated from Ireland to the USA in the 1830's.
