I started working on genealogy about 28 years ago and found it fascinating! I took a short break to raise my family and returned to it about 10 years ago. Now my family might say it nearly consumes me and all my time. On a recent trip to Idaho, I even went graveyard searching to gather family headstone photos! Yes, they are posted on here! I am always willing to help others with questions and willing to learn from those that have more knowledge than I do. I believe that if we have access to the information, we should do our best to preserve it, provide it, post it, update it, or correct it for others. Otherwise it may be lost or forgotten. When doing my research, I seem to feel that I travel back to the time of my ancestors and am right there with them. I feel their struggles and losses right there with them. I would love to be able to go back in time and spend an afternoon asking questions. Maybe getting some of those 'just out of reach' answers.
****If you volunteer on this website and decide you no longer want to maintain the records please transfer your records to someone who has an active account and willing to take over the records. I am one of many willing to take over records. This really will help reduce multiple name listings.***** Thank You (Borrowed from another FAG Contributor)
duplicate memorial It looks like we have duplicate memorials for this gentleman, albeit only a day apart. Would you please move your picture and narrative for Gene Myers from memorial 120195046 over to Eugene Myers 120183828? Thanks.
RE: Comfort Sage You're very welcome. It seems there were other family members buried with them in the tomb but I don't recall who they were. If you'd like photos let me know and I'll step by again in the coming weeks.
