I am mostly pursuing more knowledge of my Williams Ancestors which was a Very large family .I very much believe in using DNA along with paper history. I have a lot of Williams DNA and am constantly seeking more. Even though the Williams Family was very large in 1700s,1800s,early 1900s I am having difficulty in finding our Williams Sur Name relatives today to test!
My Great Great Grandfather was John Williams 1777-1871 Ashe/Alleghany NC.
His son my Great Grandfather was Baker Williams 1815-1890-Born Ashe, NC.
My Grandfather was Ben J Williams 1856-1941 -Born Ashe, NC died in Oklahoma. Any help appreciated...
