I have been researching both mine and my husband's family trees for over 15 years and since I have found Find A Grave, I love adding headstone photos to the Find A Grave website.
I am from Louisiana, my husband is from Arkansas and we met and live in Mississippi. My family tree is Chapman/Averett/Leggette/Toney and my husband's family tree is Yocom/Clift/Summerhill/Sweeney.
I live near all of the Ridgeland, MS cemeteries (Jessamine, Parkway Memorial and Natchez Trace Memorial Park) and I also frequent the cemeteries in Lake Providence, LA (Lake Providence City and Providence Memorial) since I have many family members buried there.
Jack Fillebaum I had known Jack and Jackie for many years. Facisinating story. Google up Walter Adam Hoover Memorial # 36948605. C Frderick Boehme Memorial # 145066040. land see what got me on this thread.
Did you know Jack's mother and father. I did not. I cannot find them on F - a - G.
Obituaries I appreciate all the obituaries that you are providing for the East Carroll Parish cemeteries... I am trying to add more of the headstone pictures but realized that many have been overlooked or the headstones are not there anymore. I hope to get to go down there again in a few weeks and try to find more headstones to take pictures of... maybe will try to get the headstone pictures from the Providence Memorial cemetery. Thanks for all that you do.... Sandy Guthrie Moore
158386092 Thank you for creating this memorial for my uncle Floyd. I have been looking for his burial place and thought it was with my grandparents Stutts. So, you have proved that. If you are related 'howdy'. If not I would like to have this transferred to me so I can more easily connect him to parents and siblings. Again thank you for all you do on Find A Grave. I have submitted connections to his wife and plan to add some pictures. My FOG # is 48132624. I am LaDonna Elam McKelvey, mother Ruby Lee Stutts Elam sister of Floyd.
RE: Frank Norman Toney 158746011 You are most welcome! I love how this website provides a treasure trove of info for us family history researchers. I also respect the beauty of memorials and hope having this info helps you fill in some of the blanks on your family tree. If you need anything else from Greenoaks, let me know!
