I've been interested in my family tree for at least 30 years. In the past few years, I've finally had time to actually start researching my family. Most of my family springs from the hills of Southeastern Kentucky. It is so far away that I've needed help from lots of Find A Grave contributors to fill in the gaps. I am forever grateful to all of the people who have helped me along the way. I try to help others by documenting the cemeteries close by. Recently, my daughter Julie has been helping me document our local cemeteries.

RE: need help with Haunschumacher family
I emailed my cousin who lives in Gem to see if she knows. I did have a thought though that maybe this is one of the many cemeteries that was moved for the placement of the Burnsville dam. I will let you know what she says.

RE: need help with Haunschumacher family
I will see if I can find out where she is. However, I do know that she isn't at the Brown's Run cemetery in Burnsville, as that cemetery is all Brown family members. I will check back if I find something out for you.

you have put a long obit in the picture section which is not suppose to be done per Find A Grave
I type out sometimes 10 to 15 a day because it looks so much better
I am going to try for a picture of his grave today
so if you would either type it or I will do the job and then all that should be in the picture section would be his stone or a picture of him If I type it out then I would expect you to remove it from the picture section and I will give you credit for the obit
I would appreciate your help
Janet

Thanks
Just a thanks for all of the work that you, your daughter, Patricia and the others do!!! I was totally shocked and touched to find a photo of my father's grave at ancestry.com when I entered his name for a search. MY father died in 1983 and I have since left the country and have not been back to visit his grave. It brought tears to my eyes to see that his grave is still doing well. SO once again, a big, hearty thanks to you all!!!

Would you mind removing your pic on him? I got a better picture that is not covered up. Thanks

Ermers @ Ebenezer?
Hi Vicki & Julia,
I was just checking on relatives at Ebenezer and noticed your addition of two Ermers. Are you sure they were buried at Ebenezer Cemetery located in western part of Hamilton County? Greene Twp - the area also known as Dent? Would love to know if you have documentation of these two burials. I have been working on documenting all who were buried at this cemetery for a good many years and do not recognize this surname, from the local histories. Thanks! Patti Hanaghan, dmhanaghan@yahoo.com

in looking for Beasley's in my family I found a Kentucky Death Certificate, that has him dying the same date and place of TB. It states he was 27 years old. Buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Newport, KY.
