Hi! I don't see your request for his brother at Kickapoo, however, I will see what I can do when it gets cooler, about getting a photo to you. I have no contact for the cemetery so I would have to look through the entire cemetery to find his marker.

Hi! I have to apologize. I spelled his name wrong in my last message. Don't know why I thought his name was Percy. Sorry again!

Hi! Percy did not have a headstone but the cemetery did confirm that the closest grave site, that they knew had a marker, was right next to his. I have uploaded a photo of the general area based on that.
I tell this to everyone who requests a photo and there is no stone. Some people don't mind a photo of a general area, but there are some who don't want a photo unless the headstone is in it.
That being said, if you would prefer not to have a photo with no stone let me know and I will take the photo down.

You now can hit edit on any memorials you did not create. I pulled up a census to find out who the parents were and - hit edit and linked to the parents myself - then it submits it to the creator or maintained by. This has been helpful to me for the exact reason you stated. Some people do not respond. This way all they have to do is click ok and it is done. I have been editing my family alot lately over 100 edits in the last month. Sucess has been quite high by using the edit and changing it myself so they just have to ok it. I did see most of this family linked together, was impressed with the pictures of the family, and just wanted Hershel linked to family like you did!! Glad he approved it. Also noticed after reading you message to me that R Boas created Dr John P Brockhouse who I started looking at when I decided to submit edit. I like this site mainly because you can link the families together - without that I would not be a fan.
David Brockhouse and I were college roomates for about 4 years. His father is Dr. John P. Brockhouse and then Hershel. You have to be David's cousin. I believe David and his twin brother John were adopted by John and Alice.
No, I am not related. My college roommate is a Brockhouse.
Thank you so much for visiting Ralph and being a friend to him. In the end it is love that always wins out. God Bless.

Sorry so late to answer. No direct relation for us. The Love Family is in the "neighborhood" and intertwine with my digging quite a lot. Glad to share anything I find.

Okay, I have the answer to your question, but it is not what you wanted to hear. It was an old family photo album that a friend had gotten in a storage-unit auction. He let me borrow it to try to find kin who might be interested in it, but nobody responded and he has sold it. So sorry.

I am sorry to say that I don't remember anything about "the velvet photobook". Can you tell me where you saw that?

I found him in the 1900 Census in Lockport, he's probably the Andrew O'Brien in the 1870 census in Lockport son of Thomas and Ann.
