When requesting a transfer, please state your relationship to the deceased and/or the specific reason you would like the transfer and please recall that information can be added via the suggest a correction or add a photo feature.

*Also* acquaint yourself with the FindAGrave transfer policy, as only immediate, direct family are required to be transferred. Though I have transferred outside of guidelines too depending on the circumstances.
