I got into Genealogy 3 1/2 years ago. Nancy Mundell gave me a big boost. I retired from AT&T 5 years ago after 35 1/2 years. I've lived in McAllen, Texas all my life. The families that I have started out with were: The Vandever's, Frey, Neugebauer's, & The O'Leary's. That has kept me busy on my side of the family. I really enjoy tracing the families back from The Rio Grande Valley, to Fredonia, Ks., The Dakota's, to NYC, then to Germany & Ireland. Also the ships they arrived on during the time. in The Civil War, Vietnam, WWII,& Iraq.
