I have been interested in old cemeteries for way over 35 years stopping to see them in my travels but didn't know about Find a Grave until a couple years ago.
The graves I have listed stared out to be the ones that I was familiar with that were hiding below an inch of dirt, a sage brush or beneath the sod. Some are family members that I knew where they were buried but unknown to most so I have visited with sextons in several cemeteries in Idaho & Utah to make sure of their location.
I have had some family transfered to me and some who are not family have been transfered for one reason or an other.
These are not just random graves that are in my care.......I have a personal interest in each of them.
As I continue my research I am finding more family graves that aren't on Find a Grave.....so my list keeps getting longer. I have attached a lot of families with the help of other contributors, I appreciate the help of those who attach photos of headstones.... photos are confirmation of their final resting place.
