Bio and Links
Bio Photo I find this Find A Grave web site very interesting. I like helping others. I like going the extra distance finding the graves. I feel we shouldn't forget our ancestors. It's sad to see some of the graves being neglected. I carry water, scrub brushes, and small shovels with me to clean some of these graves to get better pictures. If you have any additions or corrections or are related to these people feel free to contact me. I will be glad to transfer them to you if they are not in my direct line.
Feel free to use any of these pictures at any time.

RE: Schaaf
Maria Carolina Schaaf - she was the daughter of Jacob and Margaret Mueller Schaaf, who immigrated in 1889. She married Jacob Ebenhoch.

RE: Schaaf
I've been having trouble with the email to and from the site recently also.

The reason I was curious is that a Schaaf married into my family, and the ones I knew about in Akron were all Catholic. So I was surprised to see Martin buried at Glendale. I could not find Elizabeth in the online records (they start in 1965, I think). I don't fill too many requests, but I hated to see someone get added and then removed. Every grave counts. :) If I do not get them photographed, Gordon probably will, he is very efficient.

Thanks for your reply,

I got two emails today regarding photo requests you made for Martin and Elizabeth Schaaf, but when I clicked on the memorial links I got 'memorial not found." I thought perhaps you had added them in the wrong cemetery, and then found them elsewhere, but when I searched the site I did not find them, and a quick look at Martin's death certificate does confirm that he is at Glendale. Just curious why you added and then removed them?

Thank you so much for taking the great picture of Julius Gribble and his daughter and wife for their memorials. It is great to know who his relations were. I've linked him to his wife and requested his daughter be linked to her parents. Great Job. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your time and effort.

Best Regards,

Teresa Dorey
