I'm even happier to transfer to people who knew them better than I did.

Memorials I currently manage fall into two categories:
1. People in my family tree. Many of these have been transferred to me in order for me to be able to add biographical and source information and link family members, and update as my research progresses. I am happy to transfer on relatives who are not my direct ancestors to people who are more closely related, even if I have added a lot of information to their memorials. I'd love to see all the cousins managing their respective branches of the family tree some day!

2. People not in my family tree. I create a lot of memorials for people I am not related to, as well. Sometimes an entire cemetery. I am happy to tranfer to any loved one of theirs who cares enough to want to manage and enhance their memorial. I love watching a page with just a photo, a name and a couple of dates turn into a life story. It's beautiful!
