I am a genealogist at heart and try very hard to find links for the memorials I create so I am happy to add information and make corrections. |
I create memorials to connect families so I am happy to do transfers when the request includes information. HOWEVER I NO LONGER BLINDLY TRANSFER to anyone who sends an edit to me that just says "transfer to me and I will update it." This is not because I don't want to do transfers but because I have done several transfers only to find out later that they were the wrong person and the new "caretaker" is not interested in fixing the mistake.
With that said I love receiving edits and corrections! Especially with the enhancements to the edit feature. It's a big goal, but I have a goal of trying to link every memorial I have created to at least one family member (and more if I can find them) and welcome all the help I can get.

Thank you very much for transferring Charles Sr's memorial to me. I greatly appreciate it! =)
|In memory of Scott||George Wescott|
Thanks for catching that. As you can see from the previous message sometimes one hand doesn't know what the other one does.
I have to thank you for all the work you do on here. I haven't lived in SD since third grade (many years ago) so I don't have access to the cemeteries there and I really appreciate anyone who posts on here with long gone family and friends.
I also will transfer nearly everyone I have added, so if there are any memorials you want transferred just let me know.

Mary your the best!
|Wilma Spice||RE: David Heckenlaible|
Truth of it is, I had a photo of David and his wife, and thought it should be posted. I don't think I actually requested a transfer, but I'm delighted to have it.
I just wish that some other folks from whom I HAVE requested transfers, would respond as promptly as you did! For some, I've been waiting for MONTHS, and I haven't had time to go back to FindaGrave and say, "Hey! What happened?!"
|Wilma Spice||David Heckenlaible|
Thank you (a) for establishing a memorial page for David Heckenlaible, my great-granduncle, and (b) for assigning it to me. I have added some further information about him.

|David Campbell||Robert D. Orr Marriages|
Regarding Robert D. Orr in Riverside Cemetery, Aberdeen, SD: Evelyn Lester Orr Hauck was married to Robert's brother Marvin Lee Orr, although her obituary does not say so, however, Angie Orr Persing's obituary does.
Thanks for recording these Orrs burials.
I'm looking for an actual photo of Washington Holmes- any chance you could provide me with one?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!

|Christine Moehring||Hester Ann Rogers Clayton|
Hester Clayton and my great-grandfather John Clayton were married in 1942. Hester died in 1954. I have information about two graves for her, one in Aberdeen and the other in Wetonka, South Dakota. Obviously, one is not her grave.
Can you verify that Hester is buried in Aberdeen? Or was the gravesite used for another person, or sold?
