Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a genealogist at heart and try very hard to find information and links for the memorials I create (and am aware that I am human and do make mistakes) so I am happy to add information and make corrections.

I am also happy to do transfers but please don't send me a transfer request just stating "transfer it to me so I can update it" or ask me to link to "burial unknowns." Every edit or transfer request I receive gets researched and checked against the people buried near them to see if I can find a connection. So please if you have the information, use the edit tab to send the suggestion and THEN ask for the transfer.

Also I create memorials for families so please do not ask for a transfer because you are collecting Civil War soldiers, Pioneers, or whole cemeteries etc. These were real people, not something to be collected and I refuse to treat them as such.

Thank you to all the volunteers that have added photos, send corrections or shared stories or obituaries with me about the memorials in my care. And to those who kindly accept the many edit/link requests that I send out.

A note about photos:
I have been using the beta photo up-loader and one of its quirks is that it doesn't show you if there is already a photo on a memorial. I have tried to delete any duplicate photos I have accidentally added but if you find I have missed one please feel free to let me know.

Spouse #2: Elizabeth Murray b. 29 Mar 1872 d. 25 Feb 1926
John Konrad Herther: b. 16 Jun 1870 d. 19 Apr 1911 Spouse: Ada Sabina Isken b. Oct 1875 d. 21 Dec 1944

b. 13 Jan 1878 d. 2 Apr 1958 Spouse: Marie Ellinghausen Herther: Find a Grave memorial #123610474.
These are the rest of Philip Herther family that are buried in the Hecla City Cemetery.
Thank you for your help.

RE: Liberty Peace
I did not know how to rectify the error, so thank you. Then they can be linked to their son, Fred Schmidt in the Ash Creek Cemetery in Richland county, WI. Kathy

John C. Higgins
Mary T, thanks for putting the info about John C. Higgins. He is Great Great Grandfather by marriage. My dad new JCH as did my grandfather. JCH told them stories about the civil war and though my father was very young when he died. I have copies of papers from his civil war service. Two years ago I went to Gettysburg and seen the monument to his regiment (73rd Ohio). Thanks for honoring the memory of these individuals. David A. Dickey.

Liberty Peace
My great great grandparents, Peter and Ernestine Schmidt are listed on two cemeteries, Peter 156950598 at Liberty Peace, 89650285 at Peace Lutheran. Ernestine 156950573 at Liberty Peace, and 89650294 at Peace Lutheran. The other contributor has past away. I think this is a duplicate, but not sure as Peace Lutheran has people that are not listed on the Cemetery marker I uploaded. Thank you Kathy

Allison and Bernice Taylor
Thank you for posting information about my grandmother's brother and her sister-in-law.

Allison G. Taylor #124376855 was born June 7 1895 in Rochester, NY (SSDI and WWI Registration Card)

Bernice Woehler Taylor #124377476 was married to Allison May 29, 1920 and they were married more than 63 years per family records.

Please link them as husband and wife.
(Any idea why they are shown as being in the same grave?)

death date
Sorry about not leaving the name or find a grave memorial number.
The person I am referring to in Bernhardt F Grieben. The family has him born in 9 Aug 1827 and died in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on 18 Sep 1900.
Hope this helps.

death date
think you have something wrong with the death date. If he died in Feb 1975and was born in 1829, that would make him 146 years old.

RE: I contacted
It is about a person you have edit on that is from South Dakota, I can't say I know which person, I will be more careful in the future to say the name of the person, I forget that his system doesn't carry that detail when used. I am doing a lot of the Leedy Obits, eventually I will go back and check the ones I haven't heard from concerning the obits I can send the or they can transfer to me if they like and I will contact you again about it at that time.
