I am a genealogist at heart and try very hard to find links for the memorials I create so I am happy to add information and make corrections. |
I create memorials to connect families so I am happy to do transfers when the request includes information. HOWEVER I NO LONGER BLINDLY TRANSFER to anyone who sends an edit to me that just says "transfer to me and I will update it." This is not because I don't want to do transfers but because I have done several transfers only to find out later that they were the wrong person and the new "caretaker" is not interested in fixing the mistake.
With that said I love receiving edits and corrections! Especially with the enhancements to the edit feature. It's a big goal, but I have a goal of trying to link every memorial I have created to at least one family member (and more if I can find them) and welcome all the help I can get.

Thanks so much for the transfer. If you desire it back after I'm done, let me know and I will happily transfer it back. Jim C.

Could you please link Helen Hess Lockwood(#119693255) to her parents Henry(#130531819) and Minnie (#133111030)?
Helen was born 3/4/1884. Many thanks.
[Henry was my great grandfather's brother].

Thank you for putting Mary's grave on the site. She was baptised Margery Hoskin in 1826 at North Petherwin, Cornwall, and was the wife of William John Bickle South(e)y (bap 1828 at Tavistock, son of Alexander and Elizabeth Southey). She came to use the name Mary in later records. They migrated in 1878 on the vessel City of Richmond with 5 children.

I think both of these 95925781 & 92131653 are in the wrong cemetery and one is a duplicate. Because:
Calvary Cemetery at the LaSalle institute is a pain in the ....
There is the Main Calvary Cemetery with 310K interments in St. Louis city, it is owned by the St. Louis Archdiocese.
The Archdiocese took over the CARE of the LaSalle Institute cemetery, since it was mostly priests/brothers buried there. Some one in there infinite wisdom added Calvary to the name. But Actually the Archdiocese refers to it at Glencoe. Which is in St. louis County, far West county for that matter.
St. Louis County and St. Louis City are 2 separate entities!
But my relatives lived in the St. Louis County so they must be buried in the county, no.
But also I think the creator was a little over zealous in thinking that he lived to be 111. Okay 101 maybe.
But also there was not E Fitzpatrick that died in MO in 1937.
He said that they moved to Audrain County... that is a ways from St. Louis, especially back then.
He meet Nancy in Howard County which is next to Audrain County.
But since neither one of own it....
Sorry about the long winded explanation.
If something does not makes sense, i would be happy to clarify.

Hi I would like to please take over my grandmothers memorial. Her name is Muriel Hammond. I submitted an edit for the date of her death. As for her birth date there is conflicting records.

I have no idea what emails you are talking about!
Hi Mary, thank you so very much for allowing me to maintain the memorial for William Maske, this gesture has made my day! It will be well cared for. Warmly, Helen

Thank you for the unasked for transfer of my cousin. I've been looking for where he was buried and was excited to find him. Thanks for doing all the edits before you transferred!

I am interested in getting the Bethel Cemetery in Beadle County, South Dakota photographed and up to date. A member of that church will provide the necessary information to me. I would like to manage any memorials you would have available for that cemetery. Rudy B. #47917004

Actually Orville is not related to us... Never met him either... I think he was one of Grandma's other husbands... before my time, but none of my Mothers Brothers or sister are his kids... My eldest Aunt Penny is actually a Zeman and Mom and the other 5 kids are all Farrington's... :)
