Blessings fellow researchers. I have been researching my family history for almost four years now and to say that I am obsessed would be an understatement. I grew up not being able to complete my family tree beyond my grandparents on both sides. I have come a long way thanks to Ancestry.com and Findagrave.com and to the extended family members who have done so much before me. I love finding little tidbits about my ancestors, it helps me to feel like I know them. Photos and newspaper articles are a special treasure. I have just recently been looking into the cemeteries nearby and in photographing the headstones and memorials of my family members. Another researcher sent a photo of my dads headstone to me (I didn't even know there was one... LONG STORY) but I was so grateful I am willing to do the same for others. I love getting connected with other people researching the same family members and I have even found my moms long lost(35 yrs) brother as a result. I have just recently started creating memorials here so I am a novice but if I can help anyone I'm glad to do so. I love that I get to pass down what I have found to my daughters. I am trying to get them interested as well.

Happy searching to you all,
Kim
