We created most of the memorials for Desert Lawn Memorial Park from photographs of the headstones. We began adding information from the California Death Index (CADI) to the memorials and were joined in that effort by contributor Bethany (46538849). Thanks Bethany!

We are members of the Antelope Valley Genealogical Society. There is a great deal of information about local cemeteries on their website.

With the exception of Jack's parents, the memorials at Desert Lawn are not our relatives and we gladly will transfer outside of guidelines.

Ruth is particularly interested in Quebec and the Winnipeg area of Manitoba, where her mother's family lived and died. We traveled to Quebec and photographed all the headstones in the cemeteries of several towns her ancestors are from. These we are slowly adding memorials for. Again, we are happy to transfer almost all these memorials.
