Retired, age 73, live in Liberty, Clay Co., Missouri|
Do Clay County Missouri work as time permits.
All photos taken by me are free, while I hold the copyright I give the pictures to any one who wants them for whatever use they deem appropriate.
Quoting another FAG contributor and agreeing.
"I think it is a real shame what FindAGrave has evolved into. What started as a noble way to link people with graves of loved ones they could never hope to see, and with the generations that had preceded them, has turned into a game for some. Memorials have turned into a kind of "trading card", a competition of who can own the most memorials and post the highest numbers and enter the memorial first!! What has been forgotten by many is that these were people, loved in life and death, not a commodity to be traded or owned.
With my apologies to those that have pure motives. I hope there are more of us than there are of them".
Or a game of getting back at others, as well, instead of trying to work with one another, you chose to work against each other. If only we could all start from scratch and just get along think how wonderful this site would be?

Thank you, on behalf of Hugh Burton and his family, for the sponsorship. He was my neighbor and friend. Would you like transfer? I hope someone will give him a more complete biography.

Is there a grave marker??

How do I correct the official record..The death record?
|Terrie Erzfeld||John Eldridgr Grave Correction|
This is not the Grave of John Eldridge!! This is "Joe" Joseph Eldridge.. Father and mother, was Obadiah and Margarett (Coble) Eldridge.
Joe, his wife Elizabeth and son Charley Eldridge lived on Masdison Ave. St. Louis, MO. AND the man called John Eldridge listed his address also on Madison Ave. John his brother is buried, in a different cemetery.. How can we set the records straight?

You're welcome. I was happy to do it. I'm sorry there was dirt still showing around the top edge of her stone. For some reason the grass sod did not reach the stone.

I didn't find Percy. I will look again. (I was pressed for time today)
I created a memorial for Thomas married to Jean and transferred him to you to manage.
Do you have the death certificates for them? I can look on ancestry for Thomas, Sallie, Percy, Gussie and Fred. Let me know how I can help you and if there are any other relatives you have in the Carbon County area.
Thank you for your time.

I just looked at my list of volunteer photo requests and read your profile. I totally agree with what you posted and added you to my friend list. I do my best to connect 3 generations and more if I am able to. There are some contributors who do this for the numbers. One in particular profiled the Reppert family and then didnt bother to add all the dates OR connect them to each other.
I am making a point to go the Parryville cemetery tomorrow and I will get those photos for you. I live 4 miles from this cemetery.
Reppert..Gussie, Fred, Jean, Percy, Sallie, Thomas.
thank you for your time. brenda
