Retired, age 71, live in Liberty, Clay Co., Missouri|
Do Clay County Missouri work as time permits.
All photos taken by me are free, while I hold the copyright I give the pictures to any one who wants them for whatever use they deem appropriate.
Quoting another FAG contributor and agreeing.
"I think it is a real shame what FindAGrave has evolved into. What started as a noble way to link people with graves of loved ones they could never hope to see, and with the generations that had preceded them, has turned into a game for some. Memorials have turned into a kind of "trading card", a competition of who can own the most memorials and post the highest numbers and enter the memorial first!! What has been forgotten by many is that these were people, loved in life and death, not a commodity to be traded or owned.
With my apologies to those that have pure motives. I hope there are more of us than there are of them".
Or a game of getting back at others, as well, instead of trying to work with one another, you chose to work against each other. If only we could all start from scratch and just get along think how wonderful this site would be?

Greetings - Calvary Cemetery isn't very cooperative in looking up grave locations to Find-A-Grave photography volunteers - they'll only do 3 at a time and recently cut me off from asking for any more locations. I was trying to add locations for the very large backlog of photo reqs for the cemetery; there's over 400 requests. Those that include the grave plot get photographed first, so I'd recommend that you add that info to the Find-A-Grave memorial page. Call 216-641-7575 for the cemetery office; they'll provide you 3 locations without charging you for them.

You're Welcome.Should I ever be back in the cemetery & Mother Nature will cooperate with me I will try & get a better shot of the Headstone.So far most of this year that hasn't been happening.

You are welcome.

I should be thanking you for the opportunity to walk about a tranquil wooded patch of Missouri on a glorious summer day ...but you are very welcome! It is possible Minnie Gove's headstone is among many damaged and lost to time. A 1980s survey may include pictures ...I will check.

You are very welcome. This cemetery is only a few miles up the road from my home so it was an easy task.

My name is Amy Russell and I noticed your request for a photo of the grave of James Gove 1946-1946 from Saint Charles Memorial Garden. The cemetery requires a letter from a family member. If you email me a letter, I would be happy to take the photo for you. My email address is: email@example.com.

You're very welcome!

I'm to visit Plum Grove Cemetery on Memorial Day and hope to have a picture of Catherine Eldridge's gravestone posted that evening.
|Jim Craig||Clarence Austin|
Hi John -
I work near Acacia Park Cemetery in Chicago. If you call them (773-625-7800) and get the grave location for Clarence Austin, I will be able to get his grave photographed for you.
